Hi, I’m Natalia — a Sydney-based clinical hypnotherapist and executive coach.​ I work with capable, driven individuals who appear to have it all together on the outside, yet feel caught in anxiety, self-doubt, or internal pressure on the inside.

My work focuses on identifying and resolving the deeper patterns beneath anxiety and self-doubt — the ones that don’t shift through insight or willpower alone.

 

I use clinical hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT), supported by trauma-informed transformational breathwork. Sessions are calm, structured, and collaborative. You remain aware, in control, and actively involved throughout the process.

 

I don’t believe in quick fixes or forcing change. I work at a pace that feels steady and respectful, so shifts can settle and last — not just make sense intellectually.

 

Sessions are available in person in Balmain and Five Dock (Sydney Inner West), as well as online. If we meet on Zoom, you may occasionally be joined by my two feline companions — their calm presence tends to add a little extra grounding to the space.
