Hi, I’m Natalia — the founder of Everyday Mindset, a Sydney-based hypnotherapy and breathwork practice.

I help capable, driven people like you shift the subconscious patterns underneath anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and hesitation. So you can feel calmer in your mind, steadier in your body, and step into your full potential in the ways that actually matter: trusting yourself, enjoying your life again, and taking the next step in your work or business.

My approach blends clinical hypnotherapy with Rapid Transformational Therapy®,  trauma-informed breathwork, and executive coaching. Sessions are calm, structured, and tailored, — designed to create real change without pressure, hype, or “quick fix” promises.

I see clients in-person in Sydney in Balmain and Five Dock, or online Australia-wide. And if we meet on Zoom, you may occasionally be joined by one of my two cats. His calm presence tends to be surprisingly grounding.
